Many things are plenty of fun when left up to chance. Educational games, with such stakes as ‘Win or Learn,’ are a good example of such.

Sometimes, however—like when making the largest material investments most of us will ever make—chance is better pushed aside to favor deliberate choice. This starts with choosing the right agent, one that acts thoroughly in your interests and has the right experience and knowledge to make sure your domicile needs are met.

Thankfully in this morning’s feature presentation, our group was able to experience both:

One of Washtenaw County’s top Agents, Travis Otto of Cornerstone Real Estate treated the group to Real Estate Bingo while giving brief explanations of each term he uncovered throughout the game.

Not only did we get a fun bit of randomized competition, we got to crown our group’s CPA champion for the day and learn a good bit more about Real Estate in the process. For instance: Did you know that Real Estate Agents and Transaction Coordinators provide similar functions, but that only a Real Estate Agent has fiduciary responsibility to their clients? Most of us did not know this.
