Every once in a while, a Border 2 Border presentation is less about business tactics and more about what business can make possible. This week was one of those mornings.
Tracey Doyle — Border 2 Border’s own president and a 19-year Arbonne veteran — didn’t bring slides. She brought her story, told warmly and without a script, and it landed the way those presentations always do.
The short version: Tracey left a career as a sonographer to be able to stay home and raise her young kids, found her way to Arbonne when she needed income after the third one had also started growing, and spent the next two decades building something real for her family.
Over a decade back, a one-two punch of family losses also brought intense grief and difficulty along the way — but it was there that she also found greater faith, clarity, and a growing sense of what could be possible. Using Arbonne as her vehicle, she’s since grown her network and income and invested in other business along the way to help achieve the lifetime goal of helping her husband Jeff retire this past May, at 55.
What’s next looks a lot like what they designed it to look like — purposeful travel, continued service work, and the freedom to decide most days.
Arbonne, for its part, is a 43-year-old B-Corp built around putting people and planet before profit. That alignment is part of why Tracey has stayed for so long and been able to achieve Executive Vice President status. And rather than bask in success, she’d love to help someone else find it too — whether through supplemental income or mentoring.
If any part of Tracey’s story resonates with where you are or where you’re trying to go, she’d love to connect.
And if Wednesday mornings at 7am with Border 2 Border Business Connections aren’t yet on your calendar already, come find out what you’ve been missing. We’d love to have you out!
