We’ve all heard “you are what you eat,” – because it’s true. What else would compose us? Ingredients – the substances we put in our bodies – really matter.

In today’s feature presentation, our group’s nutrition and wellness expert Tracey Doyle talked about how quality ingredient-centered supplementation can reduce the need to be ‘perfect’ in diet and lifestyle to achieve certain health and fitness goals.

Most of us are busy adults without the time to mix together the brightest colors and tastes from our gardens every day.

That said, better health means better performance. And life presents an endless stream of new tasks and responsibilities to perform for.

Keeping this in mind, Tracey is offering a new 14 day program focused on cultivating both a healthy gut and habits that might facilitate better health for life.

To begin, contact Tracey directly or join us next week and you can connect with her as well as hear our next feature presenter.
