This week’s presentation from Tracey Doyle of Arbonne reminded us that longevity in business rarely happens by accident.
After 18 years as an independent consultant with Arbonne, she acknowledged that her field isn’t for everyone. Many people try network marketing for a few months and walk away. In her case however, this wasn’t an option. With small children at home, in a home she was helping to pay for, she HAD to make it work. With no option to fail, she simply kept going, one step at a time. What began as a stretch outside her comfort zone — describing herself as a natural introvert — became a platform for growth, income, and friendships she could never put a price on.
Tracey loves these things about network marketing: the relationships, the personal development, the flexibility, and the impact. That impact, for her, now extends well beyond business as this month she prepares for a mission trip to Guatemala, where she’ll help install stoves and water filters for 80 families who currently cook over open flames, in a hot jungle village.
After this concise open love-letter to her career with Arbonne, she ended by having each person in our our group take a 16-question Arbonne quiz she had created in Claude AI, drawn from facts she has shared across her many B2B presentations. It was creative, interactive, and surprisingly competitive — a smart use of technology that made learning both fun and memorable.
Tracey’s presentation was a reminder that success is rarely about a single moment. It’s about commitment over time — to a mission, to growth, and to the people who matter most.
