Tax Planning is a Year Round Sport

by | May 3, 2023 | Member Spotlights | 0 comments

Tax season may have finally just passed, but “tax planning is a year round sport,” according to Matt Bowden, certified financial planner of RFC Financial Planners in today’s 10-minute presentation.

Matt emphasized the importance of year-round planning and shared some specifics about the services his team provides.

RFC Financial Planners helps clients with tax planning services including asset location, managing qualified vs. non-qualified accounts, loss harvesting, Roth conversions, tax bracket diversification, and charitable giving distributions. These strategies can help clients optimize their tax situations and reduce their tax burden.

Mentioning that “asset allocation is the unsung hero of tax planning,” Matt stressed the importance of smart allocation across a portfolio or trust at any given time, as well as how in time optimal allocations can change.

If you’re interested in learning more about tax planning or you can learn more about RFC Financial Planners’ services or connect with them at their website.
