This week’s Business Showcase brought extra energy to Border to Border Business Connections, with a packed room that included five first-time visitors eager to see what our group is all about. We took a step back from our normally-scheduled 7am meeting agenda, and hosted an experience today featuring all of our members and catering to guests, who we eagerly invited.

Midway through the meeting, Growth Coordinator Tracey Doyle presented insights on the power of networking, in terms of raw numbers—how genuine connections build trust, boost credibility, and drive stronger close rates for everyone involved. Her message set the tone for a day focused on relationships that create results. President Tom Arbaugh followed with a short feature highlighting what makes B2B special: a group where professionals don’t just exchange business cards, but actively champion each other’s success.

The energy in the room said it all. Our guests let us know that the meeting was a great time, and that we seem like a group of people who truly enjoy being together and want to see each other win. We couldn’t agree more.
