Where People Can Flourish

“When I dreamt of Arbonne, I wanted it to be a place where people could flourish.” – Arbonne founder Petter Morck

What does flourishing look like for you? For many, it’s more free time or at least control over their working hours. It could be achieving financial success and lack for want. Having a supportive network of friends and people who care about your well-being may be another way flourishing can occur.

Today, B2B Member and nutrition specialist Tracey Doyle of Arbonne presented about how working with Arbonne has enhanced her own life and allowed her to flourish—not in any one of these areas—but rather in all three.

Arbonne’s model is to be a primary corporate entity that is charged with designing and producing premier-quality product and maintaining the vision of its founding—as well as a brigade of independent consultant distributors with whom Arbonne’s success is directly aligned. These consultants have full control over their time and how their energy is used promoting their product. Many have full-time jobs and use Arbonne product to maximize the wellness in their own families, while making some extra money on the side.

As a corporate entity, Arbonne prides itself on being one of fewer than 10,000 certified B Corps on the planet—a stringent designation that speaks to quality, sustainability, and social governance standards. Arbonne is highly-active supporting those in need like the residents of Haiti, who Arbonne has actively supported with building projects for decades. Tracey’s team goes further, giving to support human trafficking victims and to sponsor one child’s welfare and education also.

For 17 years now, Tracey has flourished with Arbonne. For her it’s not a part time “side hustle” (a term she’s not fond of either), but rather her primary role, and has been since she left a career in healthcare to take it on with three young kids at home. In that time, she shared today that she’s improved countless skills and basically “learned to be a business owner,” in recent years also also purchasing a nearby self-storage company with her husband Jeff that she is successfully operating, and that they’ve recently expanded and refinished.

Her team, made up of men and women from around the country, love to get together for fun and to support each other’s journeys forward. Needless to say, this is flourishing.
